1.Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gopwin ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the gopwin website, mobile platform, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the gopwin Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

1.4 gopwin reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction. Access to and use of the gopwin Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. gopwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the gopwin Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk, and gopwin accepts no liability in connection with such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To open a gopwin account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) gopwin account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). gopwin operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is obligated to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process and to provide requested documentation, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of address.

3.Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. gopwin shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify gopwin immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.

3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your gopwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not waive any obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including outstanding wagers or pending verification requirements.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure by gopwin. gopwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, gopwin may withhold all funds pending investigation.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gopwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. gopwin does not apply hidden currency conversion fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at gopwin's discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your gopwin account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. gopwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.

4.5 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. gopwin may request evidence of source of funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while maintaining an active gopwin account, or following withdrawal of funds, constitutes fraudulent conduct. gopwin reserves the right to pursue recovery of such funds through all available legal channels.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. gopwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held a gopwin account under any identity are not eligible for new player promotions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. gopwin employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or participating in coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, gopwin reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the implicated accounts.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses and related winnings are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. gopwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted and begun satisfying the terms of an active promotion.

6.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the gopwin Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate on certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game outcome, gopwin reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original wager amounts. No malfunction shall give rise to a valid claim for winnings that would not otherwise have accrued.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and other events, are governed by gopwin's Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, gopwin's decision, made in good faith after review of all available information, shall be final and binding.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. gopwin applies maximum payout limits per game category, per day, and per individual event. These limits are published in the Platform's game information sections. Winnings in excess of published payout caps will not be honoured.

6.5 Collusion. Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker variants, coordinated live betting strategies, or use of third-party software bots — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7.Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gopwin Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair gaming advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any such bugs must be reported immediately to support;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Impersonating another player, member of gopwin staff, or any other individual;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gopwin staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or acquire a gopwin account from or to any third party;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.

7.2 gopwin reserves the right to take all necessary action against players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, withholding of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the gopwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of gopwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 The gopwin name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any gopwin trademark is strictly prohibited.

9.Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gopwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.2 gopwin makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.3 gopwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from: force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages); reliance on inaccurate odds or market information resulting from a technical error; or third-party payment processing delays outside gopwin's reasonable control.

9.4 In all cases where gopwin is found liable, the total aggregate liability of the Company to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gopwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.Responsible Gaming

10.1 gopwin is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means to address personal difficulties.

10.2 gopwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

10.3 Self-Exclusion. 11.2 gopwin may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licencing bodies where legally required or where such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.

11.3 gopwin employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect player data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and gopwin cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

12.Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gopwin holds its gaming licence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your gopwin account, a game outcome, or any aspect of these Terms, you must first contact the gopwin support team via the 24/7 live chat channel to seek an informal resolution. gopwin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under gopwin's gaming licence. gopwin's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described herein.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gopwin with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
